NIMD_EEN launched the second volume of its publication series in “Essential Readings in Politics and Democracy.” The “Essential Readings” are the Georgian translations of important texts in politics and democracy and aim at providing, to the Georgian readers the material for reflection and debate about past, present and future of democracy. The current editions offers the translations (as well as English versions of the articles by Isiaah Berlin, Jurgen Habermas, Francis Fukuyama, TImothy Garton Ash, Robert Kagan Carole Pateman and Guilermo O’donnel.
