This publication examines the ideological platforms of the major political parties in Ukraine by analyzing their political programs of 2019 parliamentary and presidential elections. The party programs have been studied from three perspectives: domestic, international and public. The paper also proposes mechanisms for further improvement of the quality of party programs. Publication has been prepared by the Eastern European Centre for Multiparty Democracy and is available in Ukrainian and English languages.
