This policy paper has been prepared by the Eastern European Centre for Multiparty Democracy. The paper represents an expert analysis of the current state of political education in Ukraine. It also identifies the major shortcomings of the existing political education programs from different actors, including political parties and civil society organizations, as well as the ways of overcoming them.
