Tamar Kvaratskhelia is a coordinator of EECMD Democracy School in Tsalenjikha, Samegrelo Region, Georgia. 

Tamar is an attorney who specializes in criminal and civil law. She is also licensed in juvenile justice. Tamar has worked on different cases for more than five years. 

Tamar holds a Master’s degree in Legal Studies and is a member of the Georgian Bar Association.
